Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, near the metro and shopping mall, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable but struggled with temperature control. The service was accommodating, and the dining experience, though a bit confused, had good options. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a great view of the city but were quite dark due to facing the inner atrium. However, they were equipped with a Nespresso machine which was a nice touch. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being brilliant while others seemed a bit lost. The location was nice, right in the center of Warsaw with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good overall, but some found it overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be very spacious, although the Junior Suite we booked initially had little natural light facing the inner atrium. It looked exactly as we left it. The service was excellent, with staff being very professional and helpful in various aspects. The location was a great mix of a cozy yet elegant atmosphere with a modern touch and Polish vibe. The dining experience was more than okay with a variety of food options available.
